PHASE 1 - Setup & Micro-Tasks

  • Welcome, Introduction, Icebreaker
  • Defining a Macro-task (to be completed in 3 hrs)
  • Furthering dividing it into sub-tasks (micro-tasks)
Phase 2

PHASE 2 - The Baseline

  • A 20 min timer is set (timer is at the centre of the room)
  • Everyone working on their own pace
  • Establishing the "baseline" after the first session is completed

PHASE 3 - The Flow Limit

  • Setting a "stretch" goal, for the next 20 mins
  • Identifying the limit, thereby defining their Flowstate

PHASE 4 - Adjustment & Debrief

  • Adjust their micro-tasks based on their flow state
  • Everyone sharing their "highs and lows" during the break
